I have tried to purchase this laser engraver from TwoTrees twice already, and the company is not very reliable. It engages in false advertising. In this last opportunity, the advertisement mentioned that the product would be shipped from my own country and this information convinced me to buy it, but that was not true. When the delivery deadline was met, the seller acknowledged that the product had been shipped from China and was delayed in customs. After 15 days in which it should have been delivered, they kept saying it was a problem with Chinese customs and would send it "as soon as possible." I asked them for some document, proof, or real evidence of the shipment of the product, but they ignored that request. They do not fulfill their delivery commitment and their customer service is just to say "we are very sorry, we will send it to you as soon as possible."
