Not a bad cuckoo clock, but cheap printed art on flat surfaces on outside could have easily been substituted with cheap figurines. Clock dials are flimsy, make sure they are pushed all the way in. Only move the minute hand, and only move it clockwise.. If you dont feel or hear a click once you manually move it on the top of the hour, pull it towards you and reinsert it until it's spot on to click on the hour. Same with hour hand. Basically, you are getting it dialed in. So far, time is accurate but before i did those steps it was all over the place. Still trying to figure out when the birdie comes out since theres no rhyme or reason, but it definitely comes out. Instructions are crap, so try my review first and see where it takes you. I did see a better clock for a few $ more, but you have to assemble it. I will buy it, and review it as well
