The shelf life is 12 months from the date of purchase
1. Missing/damaged/defective parts
a. Within 7 days after the delivery date, we will replace any parts for free, including shipping
b. After 7 days from the delivery date, we will replace any parts free of charge. But customers need to pay for shipping
2. Customer damaged parts: The customer should pay for the cost of the parts and transportation costs
3. Lost, missing, damaged and defective parts by the courier company
1.Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported to the carrier within the carrier’s claim window,
and the customer needs to notify us within 7 days after the delivery date
2. For any parts lost or damaged during transportation, the customer should take photos or videos and send the information to us
3. Once the carrier's dispute is resolved, please provide us with all communications with the carrier.

We offer international shipping with tracking available for all orders.
Approximate delivery times are:
• USA: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–12 business days
Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, delivery may take longer than expected.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will reship your package.
We offer a 30-day return period after receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging to qualify.
