3. Start production (customization usually takes 2-3 days).
4. After completion, the seller will start shipping.
Customization process (customer provided pattern):
1. Contact customer service or leave a message.
2. Please provide your vector image file or clear picture.
3. Customer service checks if your pattern can be customized (carved)
4. After confirmation, the customer places an order.
5. Start production (customization usually takes 2-3 days).
6. After completion, the seller will start shipping.
Important information:
1. If you do not choose a pattern and do not provide your own pictures.
Our customer service will contact you and start customizing after confirming the pattern.
2. If we are unable to contact you, we can only send you a blank non customized version.
3. Due to manual measurement, please allow for a difference of 5-10 millimeters.
4. Due to differences between different displays, images may not reflect the actual color of items.

Approximate delivery times are:
• USA: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–12 business days
Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, delivery may take longer than expected.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will reship your package.
