TO ORDER YOUR LETTERING
1. Enter the name or word you want and select the size.
2. Choose your font from the ones we offer.
3. Finally, (if you choose the paint option) indicate the color you want.
Do not hesitate to consult our example size picture.
The letterings are made of 7mm thick wood.
- You can choose to take natural wood or painted option.
- The back of the wooden lettering is not finished and the sides of the wood will have a darker color due to the laser cutting process.
TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS:
1. It is your duty to ensure that the name or word is spelled correctly.
2. The name or word will be identical to the preview you see on the link. So if the first letter of the name is detached it will be at the delivery as well. If ever you want the lettering in one piece (letters, dots and accent) you must tell us when ordering. Just write a note.
3. The size chosen is always the TOTAL LENGTH of the name. So from the first letter to the last. For the same size: less a name has letters more it will be high in height and more it has letters less it will be high.
4. If you want to order two names (First and Middle name) you can make two orders with each size you want or select the total size of the length of the two first names together (so placed next to each other).
5. For installation we suggest you to use double-sided tape (like 3M) or others. We do not include them because some people prefer to install them with small finishing nails. So we leave discretion to everyone.

We offer international shipping with tracking available for all orders.
Approximate delivery times are:
• USA: 3–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–12 business days
Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, delivery may take longer than expected.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will reship your package.
Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period after receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging to qualify.
• To start a return, contact us at woodika.care@gmail.com. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided if accepted.
• Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
